A full service probate and estate planning practice, representing individuals, fiduciaries and charities in probate, trust and conservatorship matters, in addition to drafting wills and trusts. Representing clients with general probate and trust administration, but with an emphasis on disputed matters such as will contests, trust disputes, claims to entitlement and disputed conservatorships.
WHY WE’RE DIFFERENT
As the principal attorney and owner, I have made a conscious decision to keep the size of my firm small to make our services affordable and more accessible. I work for my clients, not a managing partner. As a result, my firm is able to accept a variety of cases and offer different payment structures to suit a client’s needs. My goal always has been, and continues to be, to deliver the highest level of skill and service to those who need it.
